   As Vice President of Operations of TierPoint Texas, I lead our Dallas, Kansas City, St Louis, Little Rock and Nashville data center teams in helping our customers improve business performance and manage risk through robust and reliable colocation, cloud solutions and managed services.With responsibility for all data center staff and operations, I focus on best practices, quality assurance and continuous improvement. My team helps businesses solve IT challenges and reduce operational costs by maintaining a secure, always-up environment for critical IT infrastructures and by providing customers strategic guidance on how to get the most out of our data center suite of services.I also collaborate closely with TierPoint’s leadership in our other data centers along with our corporate team in St. Louis to create solutions that drive efficiency and reliability for our customers. Beyond providing the colocation fundamentals of space, power and network connectivity, we help customers build comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions ranging from business continuity and managed security to complex cloud and managed services configurations.I have over 20 years of experience with data center environments and over 24 years of experience in information technology, including electrical and mechanical systems, telecommunications inside and outside of the facility infrastructure, as well as space planning, asset tracking, maintenance and disaster recovery operations. Through working with major networking, storage and security vendors to develop colocation solutions for customers, I’ve built a network of trusted industry partners. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the critical roles that people, processes and technology all play in an outstanding data center. I strive to ensure that TierPoint upholds the highest standard of excellence and exceeds the expectations of our customers every day.
