In 2013, London-based private investment group 3i acquired a majority stake in JMJ, committing to bolstering the company\'s efforts in revolutionizing leadership and safety cultures globally. JMJ has consistently delivered on this promise, leveraging our people\'s deep experience and commitment with our innovative use of technology, which has evolved our world-class approach to deliver breakthrough results, making the impossible possible. Before my tenure with JMJ, I led EY’s global advisory practice for oil and gas and headed America’s energy consulting business. I am also the co-founder of Umbrage Studios, a creative product development firm based in Houston, Texas, which was recently acquired by Bain & Co. Before EY & Umbrage, I served as the General Manager for Slalom Consulting, opening the Houston office and spent the first half of my career with Accenture.
