RETIRED JAN 31, 2020. I have been a Sales person for much of my career. Part of that selling communication technology solutions to Corporate Canada. I began my real Estate business in 2004 and business grew steadily primarily through referrals from past clients and feinds.My Goals are:To enjoy helping my Grandchildren grow up to be well balanced thoughtful and happy people.To remain healthy and active in my own life.To have a rewarding and successful real estate business, that enables my former goals and provides me the means to do a bit of travel and continue my volunteer activities.My Business MandateTo provide the best service I can to a few people whom I can service with personal care.BETTER TO DO YOUR BEST FOR A FEW THAN TO DO \'OKAY\' FOR MANY.Specialties: I am a member of the Society of Accredited Seniors Agents and have my Accredited Senior Agent (ASA) designation. Through this training I\'ve gained knowledge, and tools to assist our aging population to better prepare themselves for their future. I have created a library of relevant information for my clients to reference. I am also a member of the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers. I have improved knowledge and tools to help my clients make their home more Earth Friendly.
