I also rebuilt the company\'s three-statement operating model, established sensitivity guidelines for various e-commerce experiments, and quantified and prioritized product initiatives and e-commerce experiments.Prior to Rocket Lawyer, I was a Finance Manager - Consolidations at 2K Games, where I conducted an Anaplan implementation for the company\'s $200M+ Marketing Department, established strategic business segmentations, and produced the first IRR/ROI analysis template for the company\'s $2B+ asset portfolio.As a Manager FP & A at EasyPost, I refocused spending and strategic initiatives, leading to a ($5.7M) reduction in monthly operational cash burn, being cash flow positive, and change to EBITDA positive for API operations by May-20. I also analyzed and remodeled the company\'s revenue drivers, leading to a potential new monetization strategy of $6M in new revenues.In my earlier career, I worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG, Deal Advisory Services, and as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where I led engagements of 4 – 7 people and provided partners with updated engagement budgets, timelines, and key engagement metrics.I am passionate about driving business growth through financial insights and analytics, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
