Responsible for the delivery of Quality throughout the full lifecycle of vehicle programmes • Concept and delivery of model year changes and development, aligned to the Whole Life Quality Plan vision • Responsible for Finished Vehicle Quality in Plant Launch - Including EoL testing, CFA, R202, COP, Extended Water Test and Squeak and Rattle • Evidence based ‘Voice of the Customer’ to define a sensitivity to trade vehicle attributes to an optimised customer proposition • Managing market risk against decision making to ensure the Business is aware of levels of risk and mitigation options at launch for likely market feedback • Managing a team within an Agile framework to deliver both reliability and customer satisfaction confidence into the product • Utilising DFMEA/DRBFM principles for reliability and attribute requirements management / risk reporting against customer satisfaction • Deep dive of Quality Critical requirements in delivery framework against multiple stakeholders to protect robust gateway delivery for programme • Taking JLR customer feedback, and global third party surveys (such as JD Power) to improve both reactive (in market) quality and drive learning into new programmes ahead of launch
