Successfully executed refurbishment projects worth more than £2 million at RAF Fairford on time and on budget.• Coordinated the management of the advancement of SCAPE contracts and procedures such as Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices, Business Cases for Host Nation & USVF financed projects, and Contract Amendments.• Liaise and collaborate with the DIO Commercial and Procurement departments to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.• Regularly attending project meetings with our industry partner, including feasibility, pre-construction, risk management, and completed project reviews. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between our team and the industry partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.• Effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders and exceeding their requirements whilst handling daily tasks. Using strong interpersonal skills while prioritising and multitasking effectively.• Ensure compliance with MoD and DIO policy, instructions and guidance. Monitor and take actions to improve compliance, and operational efficiency and escalate issues up the governance chain.• Developing and maintaining positive and collaborative working relationships with a range of customers, Adherence to and promotion of JSP375 and Safe Systems of Work; Familiarity with Health and safety risks (eg. Asbestos, Legionella, Environmental, Electrical and Mechanical etc).• Contribute actively to the Base Site Risk Register. Ensure that potential hazards are identified and effectively addressed. Developing a thorough and up-to-date risk management strategy that fosters a safe and efficient workplace.• Co-ordinating and maintaining communication between the onsite industry partner the external industry partner and the customer to ensure delivery.
