Hello Folks,Like most of the engineers, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer science and engineering in the year 2017. I started out my career as a Software Engineer Intern at Viasat where I spent most of my time learning various frameworks like Django and Angular to build and deploy a fully functional and a dynamic website. Later, I was offered full-time employment.As a Software Engineer, some of my work involved designing & building REST interfaces for traditional data storage systems and an ad-hoc billing system. During this time, I developed an immense interest in Data science field and worked my way towards it by learning and applying various algorithms and modelling techniques from online courses. During my 2nd year of employment at Viasat, most of the projects were aligned towards my recently developed interest. I developed an ETL pipeline using Selenium and Scrapy frameworks for competitive analysis. Currently, I am working on an Anomaly detection and Traffic classification projects where most of my time goes by researching various models, we can use for performance optimization and data engineering.Also, I am pursuing an online MS program from Georgia Institute of Technology with specialization in Machine Learning. Always looking for opportunities where I can apply what I have learnt and enhance my skills.
