I am a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Crestron, working with Intelligent Audio products and commercial solutions for Hybrid Workspaces. Previously, I worked with the Control4 brand for 20 years, gaining industry knowledge and experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Trainer managing the Control4 Education Center in Charlotte, NC, and in Product Marketing where I was able to launch the CORE Series Controllers, Halo Family of Remotes, Vibrant Lighting, as well as oversee marketing for OvrC.I have deep experience in home automation design, installation and integration; including driver creation, editing and certification; programming at every level of complexity; and advanced tech support and troubleshooting. I also have advanced networking installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills.I have a keen eye for visual design and layouts, in both presentations and physical spaces. I have created and presented countess trainings, webinars, and guides to install, troubleshoot and use our products and software.I’m able to to quickly develop relationships of trust, and am blessed to have some level of personal relationship with over 3,500 technicians and installers that have gone through my class, my training and webinars, or through repeated visits to our booth at CEDIA and ISE.Strong background in Agile Development cycles with vast experience in the various stages including: initial design and development, release and implementation, training and support, and end-of-life. Project management experience with multiple concurrent projects, and team lead experience with both small and large teams. Very passionate about technology and its application into daily life, with a great aptitude for learning new software and hardware.
