Built on the IBM Planning Analytics platform, iSM is a powerful, configurable SaaS solution that enables iTrent customers to transform integrated people data into actionable financial workforce plans, supporting smarter forecasting and budgeting.In April 2025, my role expanded to encompass all-in-one business management solutions (ERP), with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I now help organisations unlock the benefits of a modern, scalable platform, seamlessly integrated with Office 365 and AI-powered Copilot, driving process optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
