About Rj Hauman

RJ Hauman is Founder and Principal of Stryker Strategies LLC, a public affairs firm integrating high-level policy influence with strategic communications to drive impact where decisions are made and narratives are shaped. He also serves as President of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE) and co-founder of the Mass Deportation and Border Security Coalition, which played a central role in crafting and advancing H.R. 2—the most comprehensive immigration enforcement legislation in American history. With over a decade navigating Washington’s policy, political, and media arenas, Hauman advises companies, coalitions, advocacy organizations, and lawmakers on legislation, administrative actions, and strategic positioning. His approach intertwines government affairs and communications in ways few practitioners can replicate—building integrated campaigns where Hill strategy, media narrative, and public pressure reinforce each other to move outcomes.A nationally recognized expert on immigration policy and enforcement, Hauman’s commentary and work have been featured in Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, POLITICO, and The Hill. He has testified before Congress and numerous state legislatures on immigration policy issues. In June 2024, he took the floor at The Oxford Union—the world’s most prestigious debating society—where he defended American sovereignty and dismantled the “no one is illegal on stolen land” narrative, challenging core dogmas of the global open borders movement. Most recently, Hauman served as a Visiting Fellow at The Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center. Previously, he was Head of Government Relations and Communications at the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), where he helped position the organization as one of Washington’s most influential advocacy groups. During the first Trump administration, he played a key role in developing and advancing immigration policy proposals, earning significant access and influence across Capitol Hill and the executive branch. Earlier in his career, he served as a congressional aide to former Congressman Elton Gallegly (R-CA), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Clemson University and a Master’s degree from The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political
