Over the course of my career in healthcare talent acquisition, I have led recruitment teams in both centralized and decentralized environments, built onboarding/pre-hire programs and teams from the ground up, and spearheaded TA analyst functions responsible for data dashboarding, tech and process optimization, and complex project implementation. Having spent over 17 years in TA at a employee health care provider and insurer, I have led teams that have consistently delivered outcomes and solutions to some of the most complex challenges in healthcare TA.
