I bring a broad, end to end perspective to healthcare, shaped by experience across multiple organizations and roles including PBM network reimbursement negotiations, healthcare technology sales, product management, marketing strategy, data strategy and IT development. This diverse background enables me to understand not only how each part of the healthcare system operates, but how the interests of each participant intersect, and sometimes conflict, within the broader ecosystem.As AVP of Payer Relations, I led a high-performing team responsible for managing strategic relationships and negotiating drug reimbursement with the largest Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and other industry companies such as GoodRx, WaltzHealth, Buzz Health. During 2024 and 2025, my team led an industry transformative shift in how CVS Pharmacy is reimbursed across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party Discount Card. Under my leadership, we successfully re-contracted major PBM agreements, transitioning reimbursement from traditional AWP-based models to CostVantage, a reimbursement framework unique to CVS Pharmacy. This industry-changing initiative required creativity, resilience, and close partnerships with PBMs to design customized solutions aligned to their specific feedback and market dynamics.I am a results-driven leader who prioritizes transparency and shared success.
