As CMO, RJ leads the marketing and communications team, focusing on driving awareness and growth in the marketplace and delivering bold innovation for his clients. He also works with public sector clients to connect with the people, stakeholders, and citizens they serve via best-in-class marketing strategies and initiatives to turn values into measurable growth. As an innovator and builder, RJ keeps a keen eye on the startup ecosystem to bring the latest advancements to the government sector. He actively engages both as a startup advisor and angel investor in emerging technologies like advanced computing and AI, industrials robotics and automation, as well as in key industries such as energy, materials, mobility, defense, and logistics. He enjoys staying active through exercise, running, paddle boarding, kite surfing, and free diving. RJ lives in Georgetown, DC, with his wonderful wife and their twins. On weekends, you can find RJ working as a go-kart mechanic for his kids.
