ABOUT BRANDON RIZZO

Brandon Rizzo is a Sales, General Management and Operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving performance, scaling teams, and building revenue across real estate, hospitality, and technology.His foundation is deeply rooted in real estate. As a licensed professional in Texas, he has managed portfolios exceeding 500 residential units and over square feet of commercial space, representing more than $30M in annual revenue. He has led acquisitions, maintained over 90% owner retention, and driven significant profitability gains through operational discipline, cost optimization, and strong client relationships. His experience spans single-family, multi-family, commercial, and hospitality assets, with a focus on turning complexity into repeatable systems that scale.He most recently served as General Manager of an immersive Neurofeedback and Meditation retreat, where he led the successful relocation and launch of a new Texas-based operation. He oversaw cross-functional teams spanning neuroscience, facilitation, hospitality, and sales, while managing program delivery, client experience, and revenue performance for a high-ticket offering. During his tenure, he streamlined operations, improved sales execution, and helped position the business for scalable growth.Earlier in his career, Brandon held leadership roles with Apple Inc. and WeWork, where he managed multi-unit operations and led teams across Class A assets in competitive urban markets. He was also part of the founding team behind PBJ.LA, a fast-casual concept in Los Angeles’ Grand Central Market, giving him an entrepreneurial edge and a bias toward execution.Outside of business, Brandon is a musician and creative, releasing work under the name RIZZO (@RizzoFeels). In March 2026, he released his album Start Healing, an alternative R&B and soul project centered on growth, transformation, and the emotional cycles that shape the human experience.
