About Rizza Lim

Rizza Lim is a mission-driven User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designer within the Human-Autonomy Systems Department at DCS Corporation. There she leads the Research and Design Strategy using user-centered design process to solve user problems across a variety of DOD products. Her experience includes user research, interaction and motion design, rapid prototyping, and workshop facilitation. She\'s collaborated and designed products for the Shadow Operation Center (ShoC-N) at Nellis Air Force Base, Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) in San Diego, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Air Force\'s Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center\'s Digital Directorate known as Kessel Run. She also served in the U.S. Navy as an Information Systems Technician from 2008 to 2016 where she received her B.S. in Management Computer Information Systems from Park University in 2015. She also received her M.B.A with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations from Walden University in 2018.

   Led UX/UI design for a space domain awareness platform, incorporating predictive AI models to support satellite Rendezvous and Proximity Operations (RPO), enabling operators to anticipate object behavior and select optimal maneuver strategies.• Developed UX solutions for AI evaluation workflows, visualizing agent behavior, edge-case performance, and scenario-based testing results, allowing operators and engineers to quickly identify failure patterns and improve model reliability.• Collaborated with ML engineers and human factors engineers to create user-centered interfaces for training and validating autonomous agents, incorporating explainability features (e.g, decision traces and confidence scores) that increased transparency, user trust, and adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
