Maintenance, Planning engineer• Ensuring efficient planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities, ahead of time, and recording of successful measures and lessons learnt.• Monitor performance and reliability /dependability assessments of static and rotating equipment• Planning, scheduling, and ensuring time and performance adherence of Preventive maintenance plans and periodic optimization of plans.• Periodically check reliability metrics of process critical and hi-risk equipment.(pumps, blowers, compressors, turbines)• Surveillance checks and visual evaluations of safety critical equipment (PRVs, pumps, pressure or corrosive service equipment).• Record and report anomalies, performance deviations and integrity/ reliability critical signs.• Recommend and follow up on preventive and reactive maintenance plan, important to keep systems reliable.• Trouble shoot infant mortality issues, and follow-up for warranty/repair.Commissioning engineer• Review specifications and drawings for all systems/equipment to be commissioned.• Check and execute equipment preservation tasks• Responsible for Mechanical Equipment (static /rotating) and Piping pre-commissioning and commissioning activity• Prepare/execute commissioning plan as per requirements.• Inspections of construction, assembly and commissioning.• Checking installed static, rotating equipment, piping, skids, packages and structures for correctness per design• Notifications and follow-up of errors, non-compliance, defects and deviations.• Interface with vendors, discipline engineering and consultants for progress/issues.• Conflict resolutions for shared responsibility areas in Project, HSE, commissioning progress, and Hand-over meetings.• Preparation of flushing, pressure test, chemical introduction.• Track special tools, spares and consumables, and arrange 2 year/ turnaround spares.• Propose and follow-up design change /improvement to address start up issues.
