I am a business transformation specialist and change leader with twenty years’ international experience in banking and telecoms. As well as possessing specialised knowledge of digital and mobile banking, my numerous projects for Middle Eastern banks with Ernst & Young give me particular strengths in Financial Crime, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering and Politically Exposed Persons regulation. I have also driven capital planning projects and possess up-to-date knowledge of the FCA Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) requirements.With a background in sales, my success to date is underpinned by a firm grasp of business drivers, the importance of customer journeys and high levels of service.
