Periodically reporting progress and cost trends and propose action plans for remediation. Preparation of Overall project execution plan and follow up with supporting departments to stick to the overall plan. Maintaining a detailed project status report and to be submitted to clients on a periodic basis. Co-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Evaluating requirements and identify resources for execution of projects Project co-ordination & interface with clients and vendors.
