Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals in accordance with client timelines• Determine the number of billable days required for each project or contract. Ensure that the project stays within budget by monitoring billable days and making adjustments as necessary• Manage proposal development and delivery of proposals at all levels of complexity including responses to procurement vehicles,(i.e.(TBIPS),(TSPS)(SBIPS), ProServices, Learning Services,(THS)o Work closely with Business Development Managers, Resource Development Managers;o Locate and select corporate references that meet the specific requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) o Maintain a database of corporate references, including contact details, project descriptions, and outcomes;o Create proposal schedules and manage and track the effort of proposal team members against the proposal schedule;o Create proposal templates that are consistent with the bid submission instructions o Write corporate business references and related corporate content to meet specific proposal requirements; Ensure that the references are current, relevant, and have given consent to be usedo Review grids and resumes to verify and improve on the content to assure grids and resumes meet quality objectives and perform a quality review of entire submissions and providing final verification against evaluation criteria;o Prepare the proposal submission (i.e. physical or electronic assembly), and presenting the submissions to the BDMs for delivery,(as appropriate).• Perform proposal closeout activities once proposals have been submitted by:o Researching and adapting corporate content in response RFP requirements to ensure compliance, Integrity an quality;o Extracting re-usable components from the final proposal documents and storing them appropriately in the corporate repository• Formulate and send complex questions to contracting authorities seeking clarity on solicitations.
