Rothschild & Co is One of the world\'s largest independent financial services groups• Worked as Senior PM/Director with HCL for Rothschild & Co “Office Refresh Global IT transformation Project”, mainly focused on Security (firewall refresh), Network (Switches refresh), Infrastructure together with Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VoIP upgrade• Covering 27 Global sites counting in Poland, Russia (Moscow), LATAM, Brussels, Netherland, Poland, Norway, Prague, Toronto (Canada), Tokyo (Japan), Singapore, UAE, GB, France, Germany, India, USA including Rothchild & Co Datacenters• At its peak, the team size reached 65 people including stakeholders, contractors and 3rd party suppliers including E-invoicing• Led and arranged weekly project status meetings with On-shore and Off-shore teams including Design, Survey, PIMs (Project Implementation Manager), sites remediation teams, Procurement and 3rd parties like FortiGate, Juniper and Cisco Systems• Led, reported and communicated with all of HCL and Rothschild & Co business units, Proposal writing, RFS, RFQ• Responsible for getting created the site solution design, planning the site Surveys, MDS (Minimum data Sheet) and FDD (Final Design Document) within the agreed SLA for each site and getting approved all the documents by stakeholders• Planned and scheduled installations, sites Surveys, sites remedial work, site Transformation, performed impact assessment for each site, getting approved change requests (CR) and approvals, UAT & handover to BAU (operations)• Managed, planned and deployed and changes even on weekends and OOH for the normal business continuity• Financial control and cost spent on per site including risks/issue/lesson learned logs and reported directly to all Parties
