My role involves:1. Upgrade Management: I meticulously plan and execute upgrades for VxRail clusters, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions. This requires in-depth knowledge of VxRail architecture and a strategic approach to scheduling and performing upgrades. Including vmware vsan, vsphere, vcenter, Esxi and vxrail troubleshooting and documentation.2. Customer Support : I communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and constraints, ensuring that upgrades are tailored to their environments. My ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner helps build trust and ensures customer satisfaction as per SLA. Interaction over call, mail, or zoom/ webex/ SRS.3.
