Over the past 2 decades, I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to work across a blend of HR, Learning & Development, and Business Operations functions—each playing a vital role in shaping who I am today. My journey has taken me through dynamic roles at organizations like Porter, Vodafone India, and WNS Global Services. Each experience has enriched my understanding of people, culture, and the pivotal role people development plays in driving business success. Currently, as the Vice President of People & Culture at Porter, I focus on aligning our people practices with the company’s evolving needs. My approach is rooted in empathy, ownership, and a commitment to long-term impact. Throughout my career, I’ve engaged with various facets of HR, including talent acquisition, organizational design, and performance management.
