Driving workforce planning decision making – analysis and reporting to OUC4 level, identifying gaps, providing information on where investment may be required i.e. skills lost via predicted churn- Providing skill overview - enabling sensible decision making on up-skilling investment- Owning all Openreach CPAs (movement of people around the business)- holds pen on flow of resource into /out of Openreach and between business units- Leading organisational structuring /ranges- Operational team management/leadership decisions- Creating workforce planning/forecasting/ reporting to OUC4- Collaborating on production of Central Functions workforce planning with senior HR. partners/business planning leads - Consolidating the individual Capacity plan outputs into a single Openreach view- Key stakeholder involvement with finance/ HR/ business planning and L&D as well as cross CFU involvement with planning leads in BT.
