I’m the Managing Director of Job Bank, a national multi sector Recruitment, Sales and Training Network, where we empower individuals to launch flexible, profitable recruitment, sales and training businesses or side hustles. Our platform allows users to build their own recruitment agency, online retailer and selling digital products, offering online courses, coaching programmes, digital books, and professional communities.We work with a diverse client base, including organisations in the Legal sector, Accountancy, and corporates like O2, providing talent acquisition.I’m also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire and Birmingham City University, teaching employability, business, and industry-aligned skills.Previously, I’ve held senior roles in recruitment and training, including: • Business Manager at The FR Group – scaling recruitment and training divisions • Pre-Apprenticeship Project Manager at Training – delivering multi-million-pound contracts across multiple sectors • Senior Tutor / Prison Education Manager at Sport 4 Life – managing employability programmes and volunteering for the London 2012 Olympics • Teacher of Physical Education & Sport at Trinity Training Services & Walsall College Awards & Recognition: Olympic Torch Bearer – London 2012 Olympics Education: BA (Hons) & MA (Arts) in Sport Coaching, PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education & Training, QTLSI’m passionate about helping people start businesses, build careers, and connect talent with opportunity.
