The Property Industry Foundation brings together the property and construction industry in a unique collaboration to have a tangible impact on youth homelessness. Powered by the industry, The Foundation builds homes for homeless youth and provides ongoing support for homes where young people can rebuild their lives.The Beneficiary Review Committee is responsible for the review of charitable applications and, where appropriate, recommend their approval to our PIF Board of Advisors. The BRC also maintains an ongoing monitoring role of funds disbursed.

Riye Arai-Coupe is the Founder & Managing Director of Bluebird. With 20 years of experience in strategic & development advisory services and project delivery across all sectors, Riye works with leading Community Housing Providers, Not-for-Profits, government organisations, and private and corporate property developers.
