About Riya Subhedar
I’ve always enjoyed tackling ambiguous problems where data, technology, and user needs come together. That curiosity is what drew me to product management.I currently work as a Product Manager at Walmart, where I build platforms focused on reducing marketplace risk while improving the overall seller experience. I’ve owned products end-to-end, from problem discovery and writing PRDs to working closely with engineering, design, business teams, and sellers to ship impactful solutions.I bring a structured and outcome focused mindset, and I enjoy turning complex problems into clear roadmaps that lead to measurable business impact. I’m especially interested in AI-enabled products, marketplace and e-commerce platforms, and data-driven decision tools.Outside of my core role, I’m curious by nature and driven by impact. I enjoy learning how emerging technologies can create simpler and more scalable user experiences. I strongly believe in building hands-on skills, so I spend my personal time creating small solutions and prototypes to solve everyday problems.
