Beyond operations, I play a key leadership role in building the Foundation’s institutional framework—working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes, ensure transparency, and support sustainable growth.My contribution has been instrumental in creating a solid financial and compliance foundation, enabling the organization to operate with integrity, accountability, and long-term stability.
