I’m a logistics and supply chain professional driven by the challenge of making global operations smarter, faster, and more sustainable. With an MBA in International Logistics & Transportation Management from Indian Maritime University, Kochi, I combine a data-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex logistics problems through Lean thinking, analytics, and continuous improvement. My experience spans supply chain optimization, cold-chain logistics, sustainable freight operations, and last-mile delivery systems. Whether analyzing data in Excel or mapping process flows, I focus on uncovering insights that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service reliability. A highlight was contributing to an AI-driven cold chain optimization project for perishable goods in Kerala, where I helped transform operational data into actionable strategies. I hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Process Improvement, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Foundations (CSCMP), along with Career Essentials in Data Analysis by Microsoft — all reinforcing my belief that logistics excellence begins with measurable results. I’m motivated by the idea that every optimized route, every streamlined process, and every well-timed delivery creates a ripple of impact across the global supply chain.
