About Riyan Sukumar Shetty
With over a decade of dedicated service in pediatric cardiac intensive care, my journey has led me to Narayana Health, where I currently oversee the Pediatric Intensive Care and ECMO unit. In my previous role, I contributed to enhancing the Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, worked as an ECMO Fellow in CICU in Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London and as a Clinical Fellow of the PICU in Royal Brompton Hospital, London. My core competencies lie in delivering critical care with a focus on extracorporeal life support systems, a field in which I am constantly seeking to innovate and improve standards. The mission to provide exceptional, empathetic care to the youngest patients aligns with my professional ethos.
