Deliver advanced clinical training and application support on MIM Software across PET/CT, SPECT, and multimodality imaging, covering oncology, neuro, and cardiac applications.• Provide expertise in brain PET analysis (z-score, asymmetry, quantitative workflows), cardiac perfusion and functional assessment, and SPECT-based quantification and dosimetry.• Support radiation oncology workflows, including PET/CT–RT image fusion, contouring, segmentation, and integration with treatment planning systems for accurate target delineation.• Lead high-impact product demonstrations, translating complex imaging workflows into clear clinical and operational value across oncology, neurology, cardiology, and theranostics.• Optimize site workflows by guiding acquisition protocols, processing standards, and MIM-specific requirements for reliable quantitative analysis and dosimetry.• Coordinate implementation of new isotopes and theranostic workflows, including calibration, validation, and protocol standardization.• Troubleshoot advanced clinical and technical issues across PET, SPECT, and RT environments, acting as a key liaison between end users and global support/development teams.• Support full deployment lifecycle including installation, protocol setup, validation, and clinical go-live across nuclear medicine and radiation oncology settings.• Collaborate with clinicians on research workflows, case studies, and advanced quantitative imaging applications.• Drive user adoption by proactively educating teams on new features across molecular imaging, neuro analytics, cardiac processing, and RT integration.• Gather and translate multidisciplinary user feedback into actionable insights for product and workflow improvement.• Represent the organization in clinical meetings, workshops, and conferences, strengthening engagement within molecular imaging and radiation oncology communities.
