Optimized and executed proteomics workflows, including Affinity Purification and Size-Exclusion Mass spectrometry, to map protein-protein interactions in CRISPR-edited cancer models.• Flow-cytometry, ELISA, ddPCR, PCR, western blotting, plasmid isolation, SDS-PAGE, Transfection, Transduction, and additional proteomics techniques used in conjunction with mass spectrometry methods.• Constructed and produced lentiviral expression vectors using Gibson Assembly for gene delivery and successfully expressed target genes in mammalian cells.• Conducted large scale primary and mammalian cell culture (e.g. PBMCs, CD4+ T-cells, HEK293T, CHO etc.) as well as virus (e.g. lentivirus, HIV) preparation and infection in a BSL3 containment facility. • Designed and executed 96-well plate in-vitro cell-based assays (e.g, Cell Titer-Glo, luciferase reporter, Incucyte live-cell imaging gene expression) to assess efficacy and toxicity.• Strong record of establishing and implementing relevant SOPs and methodologies as well as hosting interns.
