Founder of Yasa Counselling with a passion for helping individuals find peace within their thoughts. I hold a master\'s degree in clinical psychology from Mumbai University and have gained expertise in various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, REBT, Reality therapy, solution focused therapy, Emotion focused therapy and the Person-Centered approach.Through counseling, my aim is to establish a strong and trusting relationship with my clients, providing them with the tools and guidance to find solutions to their problems. I strive to create a warm, interactive, and safe space where individuals can seek solace and receive compassionate emotional support.With my diverse range of therapies and an eclectic approach, I am equipped to assist clients with a wide array of challenges. These may include mindset and motivation issues, improving focus and concentration, developing self-confidence and self esteem, addressing anxiety and depression, managing stress and burnout, and resolving relationship problems.I firmly believe in working collaboratively with my clients, harnessing their strengths to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals. Additionally, I recognize the significance of considering all aspects of an individual\'s life that impact their mental well-being, including physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality.By taking a holistic approach and fostering a genuine partnership with my clients, I aim to facilitate their personal growth, emotional well-being, and overall life satisfaction.
