About Riya Binoj

As a change management professional, I help organisations manage changes more smoothly by ironing out their processes and identifying risks and opportunities. Data-driven research paves the way for me, but people are always at the core of whatever I do. My background in psychology (MSc Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King\'s College London ), along with my extensive work experience in corporate, clinical and charity spaces, has provided me with a multi-dimensional perspective about how different types of organisations ( as well as different types of people ) exist and thrive.As the Head of Community Partnerships at Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), the neurodiversity charity, I work with our wonderful community partners to create inclusive and supportive workplaces for neurodiverse talent. In my MSc thesis, I explored the beneficial consequences of an inclusive leadership style, and I hope that through my work, I can make this world a more inclusive and kinder place.I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills in I/O psychology, organisational behaviour, HR analytics and DE & I to promote positive change and social impact. I am also certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) Training Academy to conduct internal audits for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for Quality Management, Environment Management and Occupational Health and Safety.
