As a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP®), I have always been passionate about optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. My academic journey was marked by a keen interest in supply chain management, logistics, and operations strategy, which laid a strong foundation for my career. I have consistently sought opportunities to expand my knowledge, earning recognition for my academic achievements and actively participating in industry seminars and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends.My professional experience spans several years in the paints and coatings industry, where I have managed end-to-end supply planning and distribution for both Decorative Paints and Auto Refinish segments. I have led cross-functional teams to streamline distribution planning, minimize stockouts, and improve service levels. My role has included overseeing production planning for dedicated manufacturing plants, handling project orders, and managing bought-out products such as paint tools and adhesives. Notably, I have driven initiatives that enhanced inventory management, reduced replenishment times, and fostered seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics teams. These efforts have resulted in measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.Looking ahead, I am eager to leverage my expertise in supply chain optimization and cross-functional leadership to take on senior roles in supply planning and operations.
