I am a Psychology professional and Student Counselor with experience across counseling practice, supervision, academic tutoring, and mental health communication.Over the past year, I have worked with clients as part of supervised counseling practice, supporting individuals through emotional, interpersonal, and self-regulation concerns while adhering strictly to ethical standards and reflective supervision.In my role as a Supervisor and Internship Coordinator, I have mentored 8+ postgraduate interns from Counseling Psychology and Educational Psychology (Christ University). My work involved assigning client cases, conducting daily case presentations and case supervision, and guiding interns in case conceptualization, ethical practice, and professional skill development.Alongside practice and supervision, I am deeply invested in psychology education. I provide academic tutoring in Psychology across senior secondary and undergraduate levels, focusing on concept clarity, application-based learning, and exam readiness.I also create psychoeducational content at the intersection of mental health and cinema, using storytelling and film narratives to make psychological concepts accessible. Through blogs and Instagram, I have organically built a community of 850+ individuals engaging in meaningful mental health conversations.
