Manufacture and filtration of bulk reagents including adjustments based on performance feedback from the QC department.Preparation of equipment and utensils involved in product manufacture (cleaning and sterilisation).Preparation of solid phase components used within in vitro diagnostic products (ELISA/CLIA). Use the quality management system to ensure compliance to procedures including supporting line manager in conducting periodic reviews and performing updates where necessary.Assist with validation/qualification activities of new equipment/processes.
