About Riya Susan G.
I am a girl next door. I studied in two schools that help build my foundation, with a family that supported and taught me how to value every penny that we had. I got into the best and well respected college in Chennai, which taught me all about how to live and love others as a family. The first college teaches one how to stand up on their own feet. It teaches one how to manage time and money. It teaches one the importance of sharing and respecting others values and thoughts. It teaches one about unity and learning as a team. It teaches one about team building and knowing that everyone has something special. I learned all this from my College, Madras Christian College. By motivation and support from my family and teachers, I got placed from campus, in Royal Bank of Scotland. I learned how to be self motivated and be the master of my own decision. I learned how team meetings are held and about team support. I learned how a leader should behave and about how mistakes are a learning step. I learned how it\'s important to have a proper balance between work and life. With a year in job, I moved to my next step in life, doing my Masters. With God in mind I took my leap, and I joined the well respected university, Christ University. From teaching me how to be more disciplined both in personal life and in a team, to learning about time management, this university opened up a whole new world of corporate feel to me. It broke me but also helped me grow into a strong lady. With all the lessons and knowledge gained, here I am with a job in the marketing field. A job which requires me to be able to talk to different people and make a difference. A job where I can be crazy and \'Why so serious\' together. A job that tickles my creative side. A job where I will not feel old but young all the time. And guess what, my summary is still to be continued.
