I joined as a fellow in the Spring 2024 cohort, where I was trained in the fundamentals of technology consulting and learned technical skills such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Blockchain. After completing the fellowship, I served as a Consultant on two client-facing projects. I helped a local business called 3 Small Plates Catering optimize its online presales system by improving the product order form and enhancing customer experience. I also worked with Blue Goo Bakery to implement a Squarespace presale website and integrate client feedback into a seamless digital sales process. Through these projects, I developed hands-on skills in stakeholder management, UX design, and digital strategy while delivering real impact to Austin-based entrepreneurs.
