Executing the HR Operations Process through ATS (Workday) With a thorough understanding of the product, Keeping track of the compliance problems noticed and recording process deviations in a tracker, performing RCA (root cause analysis) beside each case noticed, and suggesting best practices to the team size of approx, 200 recruiters, to ensure 100% compliance in the system. Process improvement through regular internal audits i.e. auditing every step of the hiring process to ensure that it complies fully with the hiring strategy and policy established by the stakeholders. Handled Employee Onboarding & Offboarding process through Beeline, including Employee ID creation & vendor approval. Handled sensitive and confidential information of the Employees, processes, and accounts. Preparation of HR documents such as HR policies, Employee Handbook, Onboarding Materials, and recruitment policy documents (RPO Handbook). Managing employee relations and overseeing HR policies and procedures. Providing one-on-one coaching to employees, if required. Conducting training and development programs for employees, including preparation of training PPTs & questionnaires. Executing various HR operational activities including handling administrative tasks like maintaining and updating employee records and scheduling meetings. Tracking daily offers on a tracker, generating monthly reports, and generating data analysis that is flexible with Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools, such as Google Data Studio and Power BI. Auditing 400–500 offers every month through the workday, analyzing the problem areas, figuring out the best and most efficient mythology to solve the same, and cascading the best practices to the team. Auditing LinkedIn recruiter accounts every week to ensure the job postings done by the recruiter adhere to the company norms. Tracked daily attendance of the RPO recruiters with regards to Wells Fargo’s RTO attendance policy.
