I am currently working for the UK based one of the largest retail client as a Middeware associate.My role is to provide support to Middeware system using applications like IBM Integration Bus, IBM Websphere Datapower, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), IBM MQ Explorer, Axway B2Bi, BPM (Business Process Management), MFT, UNIXAlso involving myself in code fixes and investigations to meet client requirement.Worked on various high and medium priority tickets and Problem records on service now within SLA.Have hands on experience in implementing of change requests - preparing artifacts, Deployment.Strength- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to facilitate co-ordination between multiple teams to hermonize day to day project activities.
