About Riya Mahajan

I’m the type of person who is curious, innovative and can provide unique perspectives to understand people and situations. I can identify trends, patterns and emerging problems in data, sort through facts, and motivate other people to design improvement plans. This allows me to critically analyze every problem, identify relations in seemingly unrelated facts and generate multiple action plans to solve the problem. I like setting concrete short- and long-term goals, which allows me to enthusiastically take on new projects, prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines and give my best to each responsibility.Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in a team based collaborative environment where I can continuously challenge myself, learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. I thrive when I can work on finding solutions to problems including identifying existing and potential issues and designing systems and processes to prevent errors in the future. I feel productive when I take on additional responsibilities (especially leadership positions) and continually upgrade my skill set. I need to approach problems by crafting carefully reasoned logical approaches to a topic using well researched, and insightful information. I flourish when I can prioritize a few well-defined projects independently while being supervised for staying on track.
