Hello! My name is Riya Kannapareddy and I am a Senior at the Raikes School of Computer Science and Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am a computer science major who is interested in the areas of software development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and UI/UX design. Some of my passions and interests are art and design, statistics and data analysis, video game development, human computer interaction and the ethics of technology! I love how versatile this field is and I hope to further expand on these interests through the lens of computer science.

Refactored Java SpringBoot controllers logic to align with market-specific needs for users of our full stack global application -Updated PostgreSQL databases across regions and staging environment to support new user requirements and fix critical bugs impacting user navigation and experience based on our MFE architecture-Executed end-to-end application monitoring in AppDynamics to detect performance bottlenecks and critical errors using baseline standard deviation analysis and health rules-Worked collaboratively on a team of 4 interns to research, interview, ideate and deliver a proposed solution to a problem statement given by senior leadership. For our solution, I designed a comprehensive and interactive MVP in Figma based on our findings which follows our existing design systems and patterns for brand identity and value aligned design.
