Alongside my work, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some incredible initiatives at Microsoft, including the BA Readiness, Aspire Onboarding, and Readiness Ideation teams. I’m also deeply passionate about health and wellness. My journey into this space began after a series of foot and knee injuries that left me unable to walk. That chapter pushed me to dive into research and discover just how powerful our bodies truly are. We can heal and rebuild ourselves- if we give our bodies the right tools. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me exploring trails and soaking in nature. My goal is simple- to inspire people to move and feel their best.
