ABOUT RIYA ARORA

From a young age, I was captivated by the power of language and communication. My passion for words and expression led me to pursue a degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi, where I honed my analytical and critical thinking skills. This foundation naturally progressed into a post-graduate diploma in PR and Corporate Communications from the Xavier Institute of Communications.My professional journey began with Archetype (formerly Text100), one of the world\'s leading PR agencies. Here, I immersed myself in all facets of PR and strategic communications, including writing press releases, managing campaigns, pitching to journalists, and creating content for social media.As a PR Executive and Communications Manager at Posist Technologies, I conceptualized and executed PR strategies, significantly increasing earned media placements by 70%. I developed thought leadership reports and managed international PR initiatives, earning recognition for my contributions.In my most recent role as Assistant Manager of Marketing at Bira 91, I led marketing communications for the brand across various channels. I established communication strategies for the brand’s apps, managed content creation for social media, paid media, and trade channels, and handled customer response management. My efforts ensured consistent messaging, positive brand recall, and established credibility.When I’m not working, I’m either spending time with my friends & family or reading.
