I handle and manage data, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to vendors to ensure they are maximizing their potential on the platform vendors.Key Responsibilities: • Vendor Account Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor over 500 vendor accounts on the WeddingWire platform, ensuring data accuracy and account health. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze account metrics, performance data, and trends to identify potential issues, gaps, and areas for optimization. • Actionable Recommendations: Suggest tailored strategies and changes to vendors based on performance analysis, aiming to improve account visibility, engagement, and overall success. • Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or account issues vendors may face, guiding them through troubleshooting steps or necessary adjustments to optimize their profiles. • Account Optimization: Recommend and help vendors implement best practices for profile optimization, ensuring they have the most effective and up-to-date information to attract clients. • Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with vendors to ensure they feel supported and informed, offering guidance on platform updates, new features, and industry trends. • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other internal teams. • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and vendor feedback to continually enhance the overall vendor feedback to continually enhance the overall vendor experience and service offerings.
