Analyze, compile, and report financial and operational data from CPB systems and external sources for over 500 public media stations nationwide.• Lead the end-to-end management of CPB’s station surveys, overseeing everything from launch and testing to review, approval, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality data collection.• Design and implement data collection tools and systems, streamlining reporting processes and improving accuracy across the public media network.• Evaluate and validate complex financial data submissions, ensuring the integrity of inputs used in planning, forecasting, and federal grant calculations.• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of proposed policy changes and support both strategic planning and business operations.• Spearhead resolution of financial and reporting errors, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain audit-ready records and ensure full compliance with CPB guidelines.• Identify and address data inconsistencies in station submissions, ensuring the accuracy of formulas used in the distribution of over $500 million annually in Community Service Grants.• Respond to financial data and analysis requests from internal departments and external stations, translating complex datasets into actionable insights for CPB leadership, policy teams, and public media stakeholders.
