Build an end-to-end parametric pipeline (CGAL → Gmsh → MOOSE/deal.II) with quick-swap solvers and automated post-processing for ML surrogates/inverse design; scaled on HPC to simulations in 48 hours- Develop a differentiable ray tracing ultrasound simulation framework (Mitsuba + PyTorch) for inverse design of medical device targeting arrhythmia- Model and optimize hyperelastic metamaterials for prosthetic knees; predict anisotropy and structural response using an input-convex neural network (ICNN); extending the framework to dielectric–mechanical coupling.
