I am a seasoned design & development professional with experience in hospitality and real estate, having worked with leading international brands like Marriott, Accor, and Hyatt on hospitality projects across India. Specializing in Public-Private Partnerships I notably led the development of JECC, Jaipur, managed by Accor, where I drove key initiatives in collaboration with public and private entities.I began my career working with renowned architect Christopher Charles Benninger, which shaped my design approach, and later joined Dainik Bhaskar Group, quickly rising to Group\'s Head of Design & Development. There, I led multiple projects across India, managing budgeting, capex modeling, and successful project delivery.I’ve also worked with startups like OYO and Innov8, leading the development of OYO Townhouses in India and the UK, and scaling managed workspaces. At Belvilla in Amsterdam, I expanded the vacation rental business across Europe and the US driving strategic initiatives, in design, development, property acquisition, content, and marketing.After completing my MBA from IIM Kozhikode, I joined Spinny as Lead Design & Development and now oversee Program Management for the Real Estate function, leading contracts, negotiations, and driving expansions across India.With a passion for innovation and driving operational excellence, I excel in leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in both startups and large-scale projects.
