As an IHM Executive, my responsibilities following a vessel\'s enrollment in our IHM Maintenance Service include:1. Collecting essential vessel documents, such as the General Arrangement Plan, Machinery Arrangement Plan, initial and approved IHM Part 1 reports, Antifouling Certificate, Statement of Compliance (for EU SRR and HKC 2009), procurement data from the maintenance start date or vessel takeover, and past IHM maintenance records.2. Creating the vessel profile on our Hazinvent-M online platform.3. Conducting monthly follow-ups with the vessel regarding any changes or replacements in equipment or machinery.4. Procuring & Maintaining Materials Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDOC) for all purchased items.5. Sorting procurement data received from the vessel.6. Generating the monthly IHM Maintenance Report and IHM Certificate.
