With over 4.5 years of experience in IT operations, I am currently working as a Senior Analyst at Accenture, specializing in Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance.I possess strong hands-on expertise across key Microsoft technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Entra ID, with a focus on mail flow security, identity management, and data protection within enterprise environments.In my current role, I am actively involved in-Managing Exchange Online environments, including mailbox provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting mailbox access issues-Configuring, managing and troubleshooting mail flow components such as transport rules, validating email authentication standards like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing and improve email security-Monitoring and analyzing email threats using Microsoft Defender, including Threat Explorer, Threat Trackers, and hunting activities related to mail flow anomalies-Investigating unified audit logs, message traces, and security alerts for incident resolution and root cause analysis-Utilizing Microsoft Purview for Audit Logs, Content Search, and eDiscovery, supporting compliance and data governance requirements-Managing and analyzing Entra ID sign-in logs, identifying risky sign-ins, and strengthening identity posture-Implementing and troubleshooting Conditional Access policies to enforce secure access controls across users and applications-Administering SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including access management, sharing policies, and resolving sync/access issues-Monitoring SCOM alerts for M365 services and performing incident management, escalation, and RCA documentation-Creating and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation to streamline support operations.
